Irvine is situated a short drive inland from the Pacific Ocean in Orange County California. There are approximately 313,685 residents living in the city. A lot of new home construction has been added to the city over the past two decades. Irvine is the home of the University of California Irvine. The most spectacular is the Gigantic tethered Balloon that provides rides high above Irvine. You can see Irvine in a 360° panorama. Besides the Balloon, there are carousel rides and several sports fields. Walk the sidewalk to the Balloon and read the history of the United States and the world.

The houses in Irvine are diverse and desirable. Communities from highway 5 East and South provide a large selection of single-family homes.
